Delivery

Baressesnsuals is a lingerie boutique based in the historical Victorian spa town of Bridge of Allan near Stirling in Scotland. Your order will be personally hand picked from our boutique wrapped to your specification and prepared for dispatch.

UK Delivery

If your item is in stock we will endeavour to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days of receipt. Standard deliveries within the UK mainland will be subject to a cost of £3.95 and will be sent recorded delivery. Please note a signature will be required upon delivery.

If you require special delivery we must receive your order before 1:00pm. Delivery will be 1-2 days. The total charge for the Express service is £7.95.

Items that are special order will usually be despatched within 7 – 21 days of your order.

If an item is no longer available we will contact you within 24 – 48 hours to notify you of the stock situation and agree an alternative product or refund with you.

International Delivery

Baressensuals will despatch to most international destinations using priority services. Please allow between 7-14 working days. Delivery times will vary from country to country and tracking references can be provided.

World: £12.95

Your delivery will be despatched once we have received clearance of payment and subject to stock availability.

Collect directly from our Baressensuals Boutique

Our boutique is based in Bridge of Allan and for those of you lucky enough to live close enough we offer a pick up from the boutique service. Select at checkout, and you will not be charged any delivery charge. Your goods will be complimentary gift wrapped, and waiting for you to collect from the boutique. Please see our contact page on the website for current opening hours. There is parking directly outside the boutique for your convenience.

Delivery Addresses

Orders may be delivered to business or residential addresses. You may specify a different delivery address, if wish for a gift to be delivered directly. The external packaging is discrete, so only you will know what's inside!

Taxes

All goods within the UK are charged VAT at 17.5% all the prices quoted on the Baressensuals site are inclusive of VAT. Please note that any overseas orders may be subject to further taxes and import duties. These charges are out of our control and will vary from country to country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
